Purchase Withdrawal

If you made the purchase through Marka da Paz, received the product in perfect condition, and you are still not happy with the purchase, you can request the cancellation of the purchase through our call center. But be aware of the rules below.

Deadline for withdrawal of purchase

As dictated by the norms of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores, has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the withdrawal of the purchase.

The wish to cancel must be immediately communicated to the service provider, following the following rules:

Merchandise Return

The goods must be returned by post, postage paid by the customer, to the address shown on the Purchase Invoice.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.

The product must be returned accompanied by the 2nd copy of the Purchase Invoice.

The product can not show any evidence of use.

ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return, and will automatically be sent back to the address of origin. Under these conditions, Marka da Paz reserves the right to make a new freight charge.

Restitution of Amounts

Credit card: The reversal can occur in up to 2 subsequent bills

Bank slip: Credit to current account within 10 business days.

There will be no refund of the shipping cost.

ATTENTION: The refund of amounts will be processed only after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product(s) in our Stock. (The product cannot show any signs of use).

NOTE: Any intention to cancel must be communicated to Marka da Paz before sending the product(s). Otherwise, requests will not be accepted.

New product

The new product has up to 30 days to be replaced. As long as it is presented in the same conditions in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging and unused).

“Remember that for us to make the exchange, the product must be in the original packaging and unused.”

 

If you choose your product in our virtual store, but when you received it you were not satisfied and want to replace it with another item. Note the rules:

Merchandise Return

Merchandise Replacement:

You will be able to choose another item according to the stock available in our virtual store.

The choice should be limited to the limit value of the product. If there is a difference in price for a higher price, the payment of the difference must be arranged, via the existing options on the site.

The customer must indicate on the back of the 2nd copy of the Purchase Invoice, the item chosen for exchange.

The product will be shipped to the customer’s residence, upon payment of new freight.

Product with alleged Manufacturing Fault

The products marketed by Marka da Paz enjoy a 90-day guarantee for natural manufacturing faults. Except for certain products, where the manufacturer himself indicates the factory warranty period in his warranty certificate and provides direct customer service through the Technical Assistance stations.

Merchandise Return

The merchandise must be forwarded through the post office to the address indicated on the Purchase Invoice.

Return the product in its original packaging.

The customer must obligatorily send the 2nd copy of the Purchase Invoice together with the product.

The customer must send, in writing, a brief report on the alleged defect to which the complaint refers, clarifying the problem that occurred, etc.

ATTENTION: Products shipped outside the above specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the sender.

Product defect analysis

The defect assessment will be carried out by our suppliers, from where we will receive the final report of the exchange order.

Average completion time: 15 working days after receiving the product.

Report in favor of exchange

The customer will receive at the origin address, at no additional cost, the replacement for the same product.

In the absence of the same product in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another product for exchange, among the existing options on the site, respecting the credit limit value.

If there is a difference in price between the chosen product and the product claimed, payment of the difference must be arranged.

Report Against the Exchange:

The product will be returned to the customer with the letter/report of disapproval, with no right of replacement.

Disapproval items

Absence of defect (no finding of damage pointed out by the customer).

Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.

Indications of accidental damage.

Natural wear and tear from use.

Automatic purchase cancellation

Cancellation of the order and release of products purchased on the initiative of Marka da Paz will be automatic in the following situations:

Impossibility of executing the debit corresponding to the purchase on the credit card.

Inconsistency of data filled in the application.

Non-payment of bank bill.

Absence of stock.

The refund of values ​​at the initiative of Marka da Paz will occur in the following situations:

Impossibility of delivery of the purchased goods, in view of the non-existence of the delivery address as indicated by the buyer, or its inaccessibility. If delivery is not possible for this reason, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center, generating a return from Marka da Paz of the amounts corresponding to the prices of the products, excluding shipping costs.

If there is a lack of merchandise purchased by the buyer on the Marka da Paz website, due to the product being sold, the amounts paid to the buyer will be refunded, using the same means of payment used for the purchase. In these situations, the buyer will be notified of the incident.
